Quasiviri

Two italians and one canadian, Quasiviri are a trio formed in Milan in 2006, blending math-core intensity, spacey post-wave synths, and anthemic vocal melodies. 

Someone appropriately defined their music as "pop-prog-core". Featuring Chet Martino (Ronin, Pin Pin Sugar) on eight-string bass, Roberto Rizzo (R.U.N.I.) on synths, and André Arraiz-Rivas (Satan Is My Brother, Mondongo) on drums and vocals, the band's music thrives on complex rhythms and melodic passion.

Their debut The Mutant Affair (2009) was followed by Freak of Nature (2012) and Super Human (2014), completing a raw trilogy of releases representing paradise, hell and purgatory at last.
