Contact form: we collect your name, email address, and message exclusively to reply to your inquiry.
Newsletter (Double Opt-In): if you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address, language preference, timestamp, and IP address at the time of consent to send you updates regarding Wallace Records releases, news, and events. Subscription is completed only after verifying your email via the confirmation link sent to you.
We do not sell, rent, or use your data for profiling or third-party marketing.

Contact requests: performance of pre-contractual/contractual measures or legitimate interest in responding to you (Art. 6.1.b / 6.1.f GDPR).
Newsletter: your explicit and verifiable consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Contact form data is retained only for the time necessary to handle your request.
Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe. Confirmation links for pending subscriptions expire after 24 hours.

You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data at any time.
